“Endorse” vs. “participate”

Hi, The page at <https://gnu.tools/en/people/> was based on <https://wiki.gnu.tools/gnu:social-contract-endorsement>;. However, someone pointed out that the new page reads “participate in the GNU Assembly” whereas the previous one read “This page collects endorsements”. This is not quite the same, and most likely a mistake of mine. To fix it, I propose the change below. Any objections? Thanks, Ludo’.
