Re: governance should probably come first - past models and next steps

Why do we need governance? Does the governance imply that some people govern and some others do not? What prevents us from doing "assemblées générales" where every member is welcome and has a voice? Is there anything that will regulate "do-ocracy" and is that desired? What is there to govern?
