I agree we need strong moderation exactly in line with the community
CoC and the Social Contract.
I support banning individuals that show a flagrant disregard for
creating an inclusive harassment-free IRC channel.
Attempting to keep the channel open is a noble goal we should strive
to maintain. I'm happy to help any way I can.
New people will want to join and discuss issues. Therefore I would be hesitant
