I tried that page and noticed it didn't work, but there's a form on
https://lists.gnu.tools/postorius/lists/assembly.lists.gnu.tools/ that
allows you to just enter your name and email address which works so I
just used that.
I've seen a few examples of people getting confused by this, so it
would be a good idea to address it.
